I got the one in Fresh Mint Chocolate and I must say they taste just like candy to me. They are nice and creamy with a little hint of peppermint to them. They are easy to take with you if you are on the go because they are individually wrapped. For them being a supplement I hope that they will help with my hair and nails. Even if they help with my skin that will be a big plus.
