Tamales

Pork and Beef

Let’s talk tamales and how delicious they are. Tamales are a tradition in my house every year for holidays or just because we want them and are craving them. My sister makes the best malaise I had ever had before and she makes them a couple of different ways.  We usually make beef, pork and sometimes cheesy tamales but they’re always spicy. Usually making tamales we make four to five dozen you can imagine that’s a lot of tamales to have so we do freeze a lot of them.

The reason I’m writing this post because some of you may not know how to do different meat for your tamales and now I have learned and easy ways I have not tried it that a friend said that they are delicious. The way she does it is cooking her chicken or pork inside vacuum-sealed begs and placing them in boiling hot water. There’s a lot of different recipes on cooking food this way you can visit https://sousvidewizard.com/.

When your chicken is done you very carefully take out your bag of chicken from the water using your kitchen tongs. Very carefully open your chicken bag and place chicken inside a bowl. Get your cooking mixers out and mixer chicken and that well shred your chicken in two perfect pieces to place on your Masa for tamales.

Everything you need to know about using the right tools and gadgets on making food in bags please visit https://sousvidewizard.com/best-sous-vide-machines/. The best way to eat your tamales is with homemade salsa. If you’re planning on making some please let me know your recipe I would like to know how you make them.

The beef and the pork are seasoned just nice. The Salsa was so good and not even hot for me. It gave the tamales a little more of a kick and to me it was just right.
