The discs come in a mesh bag with two large double sided sheets of illustrations of various exercises and stretches you can do. I have only tried them a couple of time and don’t know if I like them or not.
I also received a Reebok workout blue poly tank top is very comfortable to work out in then my ordinary shirts i wear.
